Participate in Park Advocacy Day 2016

Join us and lobby for parks! Registration is now open for CSPF’s 14th Annual Park Advocacy Day, taking place on Tuesday, May 3rd in Sacramento. We hope to have a strong turnout of members from the State Park Action Network to help us advocate in support of California’s 280 state parks.

Park Advocacy Day is a wonderful opportunity for you and members of your organization to directly impact policy and budget decisions being made about state parks. During this day-long event, park supporters gather together and spend the morning hearing from speakers and learning more about budget and policy issues impacting state parks. After a luncheon, participants break off into small teams of 4 to 6 people, and spend the entire afternoon meeting with legislators at the State Capitol.
We hope you will join us and make sure your organization and state parks are represented!
